At least I think she's mad....

Gee, all I did was write her a little, she fell in love, claimed to have spent all her money preparing to come marry me....
She gave me a passport scan, but no sign pictures or 'special' pictures.
What's a baiter to do?
She got upset, and claimed to have spent thousands of dollars, on her own initiative, to travel to Moscow and get her papers ready.
