Do you know any lads going by the namesDeleted - NG or Deleted - NG? They used Deleted - NG@yahoo.com - These 419 scammers are involved in a lawsuit over the theft of appx $5 Million USD. They worked with an unemployed, middle-aged American named Deleted - NG (in Texas), who was the defendant in this case. The plaintiffs won the lawsuit (summary judgement) to the tune of $22 Million, but because the defendant has no assets, the judgment amount is meaningless unless they can recover what was stolen. There is a significant re-ward (5%) for any information that leads directly to the recovery of the funds which were stolen!

The story of how this scam happened is quite long and complex, but in short, Deleted - NG worked with the parties Deleted - NG located in Africa (and other places) to sell investments in gold (Au). In typical 419 style, his investors were subjected to delay after delay, and ever increasing requests for "advance-fees" in order to pay "unexpected" taxes or cash to "release" the gold, etc. Unbelievably, Watts actually spent over $250,000 of investor money on a private jet and FLEW to Sierra Leone to pick up a supposed shipment of gold!!! Of course, he returned empty handed! He sold to at least a dozen victims including his own friends and family. Some of his victims lost their entire life savings, middle-aged people who had to start over financially because of him. To date, he has neither imported any gold nor has he given back the money that was entrusted to him for purchase of gold. I have no relationship to this case, nor do I know any parties involved. The video deposition below was posted a few months ago on YouTube, and I came across it. I immediately thought of 419Eater, and the brilliant scambaiters here. If anyone has a chance at helping find the foreign scammers who participated in this fraud, it's you guys! Maybe someone here will be able to collect the reward. I know you guys don't do this to make money, so I don't want to offend anyone here, and there's nothing saying that you would actually have to accept the reward, but I just wanted to make that information available.

It is an opportunity for attorneys representing each side to interview all the witnesses, and establish an official record of the testimony that is expected to be presented at trial. In this case, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff's before the trial began.)

sounds like a mule, who started cooperating with the scammers, and became the american "face" of the gang.

and now he gets bitten by justice.

there are some baiters who deal with gold lads, mostly it is because it's easy to get them on a european safari. but the lads in africa remain hidden.

I've removed any identifying information from your original post.

We are very careful to do this with new posters as we need first hand evicence of fraud in order to prevent vexatious or accusatory posts made by disgruntled employees, ex-husbands etc.

Besides, this seems to be in the hands of the courts, and we don't want to prejudice any ongoing legal process.
