Hi All,

I read this article on Ars Technica just now about a Java based exploit that sells over the clear web and is popular with 491'ers.

It would be a good idea to ensure that any machine you use to bait does not have Java enabled.

Have a read of the article and comments across the web, quite revealing and as soon as I saw that Nigeria email scammers had been caught using it then my interest was piqued even more.

I don't want to go into what I do for a living but my line of work isn't a million miles away from this and in my opinion this is a plausible attack vector that baiters should be aware of. Even if its over caution the downside of a baitee getting access to your real life data is so large that an abundance of caution should be taken.
