I have an online store and an Instagram account to promote the products on my website. Scammers have made a fake Instagram account using the same name but with an "s" added to it and paid for large amount of fake followers to make their Instagram account appear to be the real one. They have then made an email account using my company name @gmail.com to take purchase orders from. I know they are scammers because I had a victim contact me through my web page saying they made a purchase but never received anything.

I emailed the scammers posing as a customer wanting to make an order, they let me choose whether to do make the payment through Western Union or MoneyGram. Now I have the "name" of the individual receiving the money and the Western Union location for receiving the money.

Where do I go from here? I can stall them by telling them to increase order but what else can I do? Please Help!
