It is a phishing attempt or will download malware. We don't deal with those here. Delete it and move on!

All Phishing can be reported to APWG http://www.antiphishing.org/report-phishing/
Phishing emails can also be reported to the companies or agencies being impersonated. In this case: [email protected] see: http://www.visacemea.com/av/contact/main.jsp
