Merry Christmas - I'm not sure why I'm telling you all this because no harm has been done.

This email address: [email protected] spoofed my identity and tried to direct my cousin to this website:

http://alperol.com/news/ (which matches what my mouse says when I hover over it)

I checked my Hotmail account (which I use for social media junk) and it indicates two unsuccessful attempts to log in, the first from Algeria and the second from Germany.

So, my guilt lies in the fact that I think I probably brought this on myself when I downloaded something to see if I could view Comedy Central from the UK.

I did try to visit the host website but even after Google translated the page, I still couldn't see where such a thing was possible.
