So far, he's written to me with a load of crap about security systems for oil mines and asking me what return I'm looking for. I've spun it back on him by asking a load of questions about his current financing and for profit and loss accounts for his company.

I usually tell lads that chat is for losers who have no lives. If they had a life, they would be out doing something instead of sitting on chat.

My characters are far too busy to waste an hour in chat saying something that takes only 5 minutes in email.

^^^^ I also try to stay away from chat, but when I do, I find that I am doing more work than the lads. I try not to, but it always ends up that I do. I like to read email, sit and ponder my reply, write it, re-write it and send. With chat I tend to be reactionary and I have blown baits because of it.

You are doing awesome Tigerlily, I am very impressed. I see a lot of lad pain in you future. Razz

He sent me a single page summary, which he thinks is good enough for accounts - I've decided to accept them at the moment and told him my terms and here's his response.

He asked me to provide a contract for him to sign. Not wanting to provide him with something re-usable, I've told him that I spoke to my lawyer and he can provide one, but it would be in German and under Swiss law. I've suggested that he provides the contract, which he seems to have agreed to.
