my lad "alicia" was so romantic at first now a few days but after i sent the money and left the reciept in my car and totaled it she has changed on me Crying or Very sad

Did i not give you that number already??? I thought i gave it to you.. The receipt was in the car that was totalled and i won't be out the hospital for another few days what should I do?
