Is persistent! When we met he was a travel agent trying to get me to visit Ethiopia, things have gone downhill for him! He now needs a new mobile phone to keep in touch with me, so I can just send him enough for an old model, it does not have to be a new one. 300 quid should cover it!

Things always go wrong when I use Westering Onion.
I can send via that but due to fraudstars there are now forms that western union demand filled in by you before I can send the money. I once agreed to send someone £2000 because I thought they needed help. They were too stupid or lazy to fill in the forms and my money is lost, I can't claim it back because it is now in his name and he can't be bothered to fill in the forms. Can't you open a bank account? |

Forms can be fun 
Once your lad emails you back squealing about a bank account, send him down the path of form filling pain with a few forms to fill out. All of which will need to be completed several times since he'll surely make errors and WU won't accept them. |
