I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, I don't know if it's new. Dr Kwesi Botchwey is a real person, see wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwesi_Botchwey . I have been contacted through skype by an impersonator claiming to be Botchwey, who attempted to establish a video skype chat, which I turned down because I wasn't prepared with external cam to film nor did I have a conversational strategy as I had not sized up the situation. He was very aggressive about trying to call me. He referred to what I assume was a fake website, link below, said website has supposedly been created by these guys www.globaldataphix.com . The following is what this character said:
