Hi all!
My first post and this USA woman above is very possibly completely innocent. I was on a dating site last year (one of infamous Alcuda Ltd company sites that are just chocka-full of 'girls' from Ghana: 'Up For It', 'Shagaholic' and 'BeNaughty' for example, when up pops this girl from the USA sending a message. I asked her why a woman half my age would be interested in a man twice hers, as she seemed fine with normal everyday messages: Not too many, none asking for anything at all, and even going on the Cam just once to prove she matched her picture.

I decided to push it and offer her money back for the flight if she wanted to pop over to London just for a weekend, but she'd have to get her own ticket and I'd repay her once she'd got the cab or tube to my nearest Pub in Clapham, but as she said she had no money for the flight, (which is of course completely reasonable) I just simply decided to block her anyway.

It did leave me curious as to whether anyone else has had dealings with her. Does anyone else recognise her?

Her main really fishy comment was I said I thought a 24 year old woman was a bit too young for a man almost twice her age, in her next post she 'confessed' to actually being 31 instead, I told her I was happy with that, but she still didn't ask for anything at all, all very strange.

Anyway, One of my main concerns with dating sites:
I'd love to see Alcuda Ltd (operating out of Cyprus, and owned by a controlling company in the British Virgin Islands) seriously being given a hard time, it owns many dating sites that are simply laden with scammers, mainly from Ghana, but it seems no matter which nation you actually join from, (having checked the net), will see you deluged by 'Verify You' scammers as well, the moment you join. (And of course Cam girls, even more annoying than the pathetic attempts by the Ghana scammers).

I almost forgot: Alcuda Ltd is incredibly still registered to a Flat in Cyprus, despite being a relatively large company and a subsidiary of another. A company that got large by swamping your inbox with scammers from Ghana, and still does. Plenty of action for potential baiter's on any of their sites with fake girls in Ghana who hassle you non stop.

Getting some of those pesky 'verify you' girls would be pretty good as well, here in the UK all were UK girls based on how they wrote, so they seem to stick with hassling men from their own nation if my experience is common?

Welcome to the forum! The girl in the photo is Josie Miller, a very well used porn model by scammers. I have about 6 of them using her photo.

I was just confused as the scammer (from perhaps 5 emails, 10 messages and the Cam (And she did actually look like her, just older) but never once asked for anything, and was actually discussing YouTube video links of British Bands I like that she'd never heard of. Perhaps she was just a minger and nicked the photo from the web and had a mate who looked like the woman above. I found it all a little bit surreal. If only I'd known how to record the webcam, it actually lasted, from memory, for at least 10 minutes and she started to badger me to get my own. A very poor scammer and in training perhaps?

I didn't devote too much time as I joined all the three Alcuda sites above at once, and then got overwhelmed by the Ghana scammers). (After 5-10 messages by woman, all seemingly aged 30-32, but all amazingly white nurses in another country once you spent a bit of time sending a few messages I just got annoyed with them and pointed out that that 99% of white men in London dont give a crap about skin colour, our only concern is: is she hot? and will she shag? Is she sane? They'd vanish after I pointed this out)
I remember asking one 'woman' on the chat what part of London she was from and the reply was Manchester.......

The different construction styles of different European houses as well can be a guide, so a photo of a woman claiming to be from a certain European region can often be discounted just by viewing the buildings if any are visible. I've had a few laughs looking at photo's of a stunna and then noticing the country they claim to be from and the buildings behind her.

I just think getting yer backside to the Pub is more interesting, you may well go home alone, but at least you got pissed (drunk) and had fun......
I've certainly given up on the dating sites Alcuda owns, stay well away blokes.

^^^ That cam show you saw is nicked from the web just like the photos. One of my Josiemodel users had a short clip from her about 1-2 minutes long and you could tell where it looped back on itself.

There is some type of software program that allows them to run those clips and be somewhat believable. They will pester you like crazy about the cams, even after telling you that people are able to fake it.

I like the pub idea as the girl in the photo would never be showing up but a few drinks while jawing with the people is not a bad thing.

This young lady, Megan QT and Raven Riley are 3 of the scammer favorites. There are others from fetish sites and even a few that are likely taken from someones facebook page.

Pretty much every dating site is now filled with scammers of all type.

Nope, she put herself on the Cam whilst she couldn't even see me as she typed, but had a good chat about British Indie bands as she'd never heard any, but still never asked for anything, but still chatted about the bands after: It was one of the reasons I posted as I just found it so odd. (I'm a bloke twice her age: and yes, we've all seen American Beauty), It was the bit that "just wasn't quite right" that is bothering me.
Remember: This was a Dating site run by Alcuda, and she contacted me, but a year later I'm still left uneasy after taking the piss out of her but then I'd had fine chats with her back then. Something just makes/made me uneasy about whoever the actual person was behind the photo.
