I suggest you send this to the company it claims to be, they usually give an email adress for that on their website

Its usually either abuse @ or spoof@ the financial institution... for example when i get a bank of america or paypal phishing email i forward to abuse @bankofamerica.com or spoof @ capitalone.com... without the spaces

The language barrier is what has me stumped. I tried abuse and spoof, both bounced, so I sent a mail to their main addy and asked where to send it to. Hopefully they will have that by tomorrow.

is it even a real banking institution? i googled it and the only thing come back was a long list of "phishing" responses... and dont open the attachment... a few of them said trojan... if you can track down the real bank site look around and it should give info somewhere about where to forward phishing emails. its best to forward them when you can even if its not your own bank so that the company knows whats out there and they can shut them down.

I searched PayLife Bank GmbH and found a phish reporting site, but I don't speak German so I didn't go that route. I found the office addy below that.
