No, it is not illegal but remember i said the fund has already been placed in an escrow account and with no beneficiary, and my head office are not aware of and will never be aware of. financial report has already been sent to my head office in the capital city accra, that is how it is done at the end of each business year. the report has been published so the left over fund is mine as my fruit of labour.

4. Yes i do not have any account with another bank, what i mean in my statement is that when this fund is transfered into your bank account in USA then we will get rich.

5. Like i answered in number four question, i do not have another bank account with any other bank because i am a big officer in my bank and i have to leave with examples. Moreover the reason why i said i can not claim the fund as the owner is that i will be suspected for having such huge amount of money as a regional manager, so if you stand for the fund as the beneficiary and investor then the fund can be easily be transferred out of Ghana to your designated bank account in USA.
