I have been trying the model line on three vlads. One never read it but TWO did and both came up with the same response. They are too short!

This must be a stock answer to avoid trophy requests. Clever minxes!

They don't need an excuse to "avoid trophy requests", they would simply stop responding (likely) or curse you (not likely) but they wouldn't invent something to elegantly get off a baiter's hook.
