The last letter my love sent to me was on April 30, and started out like this:

I've written her 3 times since then. It's been 3 days, no phone call, no voice messages, no email. I mean, if I'm the only man she wants to communicate with, why doesn't she communicate?!? We've been corresponding for a month. My first letter to her after this one, I asked her about her education, she says she's a biologist, so I asked her if she has an advanced degree, and if she's published any journal articles, and did she do a research project in school and what was it like. You think that spooked her? But why would it, she hasn't really answered any of my questions before, why wouldn't she just blow past this one with another letter about her feelings and the various events in her life, that don't really touch on specific elements of our relationship?

Have I lost my love? Or is it like wayne said, all the Vlads are getting drunk over the holidays?

If she shows back up, what will happen, are we about ready to move into the endgame? What's the purpose of her talking about calling me?

The vlads have been slow getting back after the holiday, so don't worry just yet. As for the phone call, if you give them a number they'll have someone phone it to talk to you. I have dozens of voicemail messages from them. Get a throwaway number to give to them. It'll cost them to call it, so you inconvenience them that bit more.

I gave her an IPKall number, and told her when she could call, and I have FreeWorld Dialup open during the times I gave her, so I can take the call, not just get a message. Costs them money, eh? So if she emails back before calling, I should really open it up about how much I want to see her, and how wonderful it's going to be to hear her voice, and then when she makes the call, keep her on it as long as possible?
