Through bleary eyed research, the Cap419Kicker foundation for Cultural Learning and INfant Induced Insomnia has found some background explanation to those "pepper soup" joint insults you may receive.

I'm sure I can work this into a modality somewhere, given that these places are reputed to play a major part in the courtship rituals of our lads  |

The lads talk about pepper soup joints as a front for prostitution - I guess sort of like massage parlors are everywhere else in the world. I wonder what in the world would make someone combine a dog meat diner with a whorehouse?? |
