I was considering baiting as a young boy, maybe 10-13 years old. Maybe some little rich kid. Could be interesting if I could pull it off. Make mugus mad by telling them I couldn't go to WU cause I'm grounded.

Could work with some planning and back story to make them believe I have access to the funds.

Better yet, do a romance scam, and half way through admit you are only 10. See what the lad does!

It's worth a shot. I've baited as an elderly character a number of times and once or twice I was dropped because the lad didn't think I was going to be able to follow through on sending the money. I'd guess you'll run into that pretty early if you tell them you're 10 right up front. Or, they'll think you're a a"jokester" the first time you fill out one of their forms that asks for your age.

They ARE after money. If you're a rich kid with all kinds of loose cash, then they'll probably be interested, if you're just a normal kid with 2 bucks in his pocket and a $10 allowance, they'll just go on down the list.

Maybe if you lay it on, think and heavy, talk about your birthday and all the good stuff your parents bought you, talk about your favorite video game and progress in said game, how "gay" things you dislike are... what DO 10-year olds talk about, anyways?

To pull it off well, you'd definitely have to play it carefully. Id just love to tell a Vlad I'm 10 after tons of heavy emails just to see if they even noticed.

Maybe Wayne should try it?

having 5 early teen-agers (11 to 14) seems like their language is related to mugu-speak

@Pants...I have seen baits like this before, and even tried one or two myself.
Wasn't too succesful; the lads dropped me once they were convinced that I was a child. Confused

To back up Crash, others have tried this but once the lad believe you are under age they drop it. They know you can't get your hands on enough money to make it matter. You probably don't have a bank account, you can't sign for anything therefore you can't send money and you are sure to tell someone what is going on.

Hi Pants--

I never tell the lads my age until I know how old they are---often in their opener--and then always make myself 5-20 years older, depending on their age and circumstance. Hence me being taken so special as 'aunty/daddy/mum/uncle' etc, and ops to slap them for their youthfulness and stupidity.

It gives you-the-baiter the upper hand. The lads generally respect older people, not ones younger than they are--gives them a free hand to slap you for YOUR youthfulness.
