How did the person contact you? What kind of email address is this person using? Are they offering you money? A little more info would help.

He sounds like a scammer to me.
I don't know a Hanza Usman, but that's almost certainly not his real name. He isn't having any cash delivered to you. I strongly advise you to stop all contact with him, especially if he has any of your personal details.
