After a few frantic phone calls and my secretary running back and forth to the MG office to 'correct' the problem, my lad seems unable to answer more than one or two questions at a time.
I just noticed these attempts in my inbox:

I think he needs a rest now, he can try again tomorrow. I love the idea that he's wasted all afternoon trying (plus quite a few phone calls too)
