Yes, he has disappointed. I thought the big ask had a big preparation. If you look to Gina it's all 'you'll get it back and fast'. He's just a lad in a cyber cafe after all... although one with bit ambitions !

I've sent him an email this morning. Purely made up with requirements. Whilst a form can be prepared.

Investments are not done over the phone. Even if I were to want to send a small amount like $10,000 it needs a proposal and something to do with the project from you.
Joshua, you have negotiated a contract, paid almost half a million so far and now ask for hand outs?
An investment needs some details. Projected time of project length and when (not as fast as you can) you will get paid.

My accoutant and I don't know how you have to pay $440,000 and then suddenly, you pay the rest to top it up to $500,000 then even more suddenly you get this huge amount so can pay people back with interest. It makes no sense so far.

You are obviously used to contracts and investment so why just ask people now to pop large sums in a bank account for you.
I need:
Details of the project.
The company overseeing the contact.
The share quota for this after completion.
The amount of fixed interest paid per transaction share.
Names of Directors involved.
Projected completion date of the project.
Bank Account details of the project.

If you can satisfy me that this is a worthy investment I will invest £30,000.
I believe in you for Ember's sake. As she really does have faith in you.
But I don't give money away. I invest. Properly.

Sorry to not get back to you right away! I have had workers here working on my new alligator compound and the workers accidentally knocked out my internet. I need a compound to keep my new babies safe from the big monsters that live in the lake my property is built on. We learned the hard way with some of my turtles. Odie is only allowed free reign in the turtle compound because of them. Small dog that he is, he is barely a snack for them. My internet here is bad at best on a good day due to the fact that I am basically in a swamp and it rains daily.

I am still waiting on the forms my accountant wants. He suggested a 20% return. He would also like to see any documents from the contract. I am excited for you! How long do you think that the project will take once you start? I wish it were a turtle bridge. That would be so neat! But who's to say that a turtle can't use it?! Lol! You can build me a turtle bridge in my compound when you come home!

I hope you had a good Easter! I spent mine with my parents and we sat around in a food coma. That is all we care about for Easter. The food and candy. Remember I told you that I don't believe in god when we chatted that first night? I do believe in Karma tho. When people lie, cheat, steal or kill, I believe something bad will happen to them. Oh there are probably thousands of turtles here. I have an exact number somewhere, but I can't put my hands on it because my office is in chaos from being backed up over the weekend with the holiday. The number will be cut down considerably as I send them out to more and more animal preserves. Turtle poaching is a big problem. My weight is fine. I am not a supermodel, but I can afford to eat a cheeseburger. It's 85 degrees and I wish you were here.

I am sure you will agree that this did not mention either a repayment in 2016 or installments. I also have available to me other emails but not even as professional as this one shown here. These are inadmissable as promises to repay the investment.

2. The Bank Acount. In accordance with UK Government guidelines all monies sent out of the country in large sums must be checked for fakery and money laundering. As per: https://www.gov.uk/money-laundering-regulations-risk-assessments
£30,000 is not an inconsiderable amount of money and represents the wealth belonging to a UK citizen and my client. I would not be looking after anyone's interests if these checks were not carried out.
In the UK we have an Act of Parliament entitled
The Data Protection Act. As per: https://www.gov.uk/data-protection/the-data-protection-act
Stated in this act the person being investigated has to give his or her permission to this. If the Bank Account was in the name of Mr Joshua Brown, which Mrs Gee and I were expecting, then it would not be a problem because you would have given us such permissions indicated by providing the Bank Account. However we don't know who Mr Mehmet Kablan is. We cannot ascertain said permissions to do the necessary checks.

That is still not all impossible however. I have to have an email from Mr Kablan giving me permission to make security checks on an account in his name. Please provide this through this office. Mrs Gee has indicated that she is not going to have any more negotiation and it is up to me to decide on the payment to yourself if it is a reasonable investment or not. I have my clients interests at heart in this matter at all times.

The way you want to do business is unorthadox. As an Accountant and Investment Manager I have to ensure my client's money will
1) Be repaid within a mutually benificial time frame.
2) Is not lost to my client irrevocably.

Please read this carefully Mr Brown. I cannot do the necessary checks without the express permission from Mr Kablan. Please forward that to me as soon as possible and we shall see how far we can proceed tomorrow.

Mrs Gee has indicated you are in a hurry to have this money as you need it for your project. If this is the case then I suggest you make all haste, repair to see your friend and furnish me with said details.

At which time I can contact the Bank of England who will carry out the checks on Mr Kablan, yourself and the account in
question. On completion of checks the money will be wired to you. However I have to insist on a professional manner in which to carry out this investment. I would also like to ask the name of the project you are undertaking the funding for.
This is not mentioned on your agreement and we do need to know the project name and exact location in Turkey. However, that is only a small request you can answer easily. Mrs Gee didn't have that information to hand when I asked her.

I look forward to hearing from you on the morrow. If I get what I am asking for at first thing in the morning I can get on with completing my enquiries. Hopefully we can reach an agreement of trust and the transaction can take place. Mrs Gee can sign her part of your Money Back Guaranteed Form and you can counter sign and then finally the money wire can be facilitated.

He won't send me anything. We have dropped into a monotonous bunch of emails where all he does is ask me what I ate! I read somewhere that they are concerned so much about it because they need to feed the worms in their digestive system that are perpetually there due to the poor living conditions. I can't back that up with a source tho.

Nothing to Gina or Charlie this morning. One of the questions was the name of the project and location in Turkey. Surely Engineer Brown can manage to send that info.

Can't understand Bunny what he is doing because he was so pushy with you at first. We'll see what today brings. I am sure a real accountant isn't going to keep reminding anyone to send stuff !

He's turned into a bit of a disappointment. He was actually better before the money demand ! Do you think he ha screwed up and is losing interest as he asked for the money wrongly and so isn't getting anything?

I know there are problems in Africa with intestinal parasites...especially in young children...due to lack of clean drinking water...but not sure how prevalent in adults there...or how widespread it is there.

I've read a few other scammer encounters where the lad often questions the victim about meals...and always perceived it as the lad thinking it was a good way of showing care and concern for the victim. This lad seems to be running out of things to talk about.....and that's if it's even the same lad, though the messages seem consistent. I picture him as young and inexperienced, especially due to the ridiculously huge sum of money he wanted right off the bat...and he'll soon become overwhelmed with all these lawyers, accountants and demands for official documentation you all are throwing at him.
I suspect he's already in over his head due to this elaborate scenario you've got him stuck in now. Great work.
