Transfers must be confirmed by the receiving account, not by the sending bank. Real businesses know this my love.

^^^^ They never understand that do they? I think some of them don't understand how a bank really works. I have things set up where a check is mailed on a certain day (rent) and utilities are paid online. I can go online and check, but amounts are either not reflected ,in "pending" or completed. Sometimes they stay in pending for a couple of days, but if the receiving bank doesn't confirm, it goes back into my account. I hate it when that happens, it confuses me and I have to hunt down what didn't go through yet. I like my accounts to be accounted for, for each transaction. (Accounting Major)
