It is only then can the government permit and give us a B-2 Tourism/Medical Treatment Visa (Temporary Visitor) until we wed get married and then I can apply for a permanent stay darling.

A 2 year Visa is not anything like what we want. He treated you like everyone else in that line, quoting only that specific list.
