Nope, not all of it. You need to know the name of the bank, address, routing number/account number and an amount. I am sure the more experienced baiters will tell you what you need. Smile

BUT, don't tell her that yet. Have her tell you an amount, then say you mailed it to your banker. This will waste time, THEN after 5+ days when it's evident it didn't go through, then you email her asking for the correct info. Wink

I figured it wasn't all the information, but Tim will find that out when he goes to a bank to try and transfer funds...and once he has all the information, who knows how long it will take for him to find a bank in NYC that will do a transfer for a non-customer.

^^^^ It would be a disaster if Claire had set up some bank accounts for herself and Kitty and transferred all of Daddy's money from his personal day to day account into those accounts she created, and now the bank has to figure all of it out. He does have a credit cards, but not one that he can use to send money overseas (hey, lads make sh*t up all the time, fair game) and his other accounts would cost a huge penalty if he uses them, and those of course is mostly for Claire's upkeep, studies and activities.

I want to see if he will approach Claire to send him money (she does have all the money now, right?) Very Happy

Hello my dear. We are very much enjoying New York though it is freezing. Claire wants to go out and see more of the city but I've convinced her that we should call it a night and stay inside where it is warm until tomorrow. What is it that you are curious about my darling? Yes, it is a very nice hotel, we have a large suite with two bedrooms so Claire and kitty have one room and I have the other.

I don't know why Claire wants to get a tattoo but I'm sure it's one of those things that she'll forget about. I've no idea how painful it is but I doubt that she would ever actually go through with it once she saw that there was a needle involved.

I will have to email my bank tomorrow to find out about making the bank transfer, but it does take some time to go through. It takes 3-5 days for transfers within the U.S. and I imagine it takes longer for international transfers, but I will find out when I contact the bank.

So how are you going to get another passport to get back into the U.S.? Is the embassy there helping you?

You said in one of your emails that Claire asked you for assistance in cooking the meat, and you said that you were able to help her. What did you tell her about cooking the meat? Because Claire doesn't recall receiving any reply from you about cooking that meat, which is why she just took a good guess about when it was done.

I hope that you can get your passport situation straightened out since, money or not, you cannot come and be with us until you have a U.S. passport.

You probably already know this, but if "she's" a US citizen, a replacement passport from the embassy is pretty cheap and "she" doesn't need a visa. Plus, as has been discussed in other threads, the US embassy will do money transfers for citizens who have an emergency.

It is well noted that lads have a higher incidence of being admitted to the hospital than normal. It's all that severe thinking they have to do. Razz

As far as Ambien, yes, the warnings are true. I was in the hospital and they gave me one to help me sleep. I don't know if it was a combination of my pain meds with the Ambien, but when I woke up I was naked sitting in a chair in my hospital room! I have heard of other horror stories of driving and people waking up not knowing where they are. Don't they do clinical research on medications before releasing to the public?

The one side effect that cracks me up is the one with excessive gambling! Evil Lol

I looked up which medication it was Requip for Parkinson's and Restless leg syndrome (I guess your legs do get tired running to Vegas)
