It's an email program like Outlook Express you see in almost all the scammer headers. It allows multiple accounts to run at once and scripts to be sent out. It's pretty much an autoscammer in the right (or wrong as the case is) hands. That and Mari El in the headers is a 99% giveaway it's a scammer, especially if they claim to be writing from an internet cafe.

(edit) some don't use TB! but variations of it. Anyone with Mari El in the headers that claims to be in an internet cafe, uses a web based email account and has a program running to send out the emails is a scammer, no question about it.

I'm still working her. Most vlad baits are boring for several weeks until you can get them to the money stage. It's a drag but well worth it for some of the off script stuff you can get off them.

Excuse me for long absence.
At me happened to the large mountain, my grandmother very hardly is sick and she had an aggravation of illness.
All last days I was near to her. She now is in hospital.
When I have come in hospital and has talked to the doctor, he has said that she the coming days needs to do operation.
I thought that operation will do at the expense of the state.
Represent with what there was my surprise when I have learned that to my grandmother will
not do operation only because of that that she already old.
And as I was explained with the doctors, she by one nothing can help the state, and that the
hospital will make operation somebody young better.
I very much was upset because of it, but here me have offered to make paid operation.
I began to call on familiar and to borrow money, as the sum was very large and I did not have so much money.
In hospital to me have said that on operation my grandmother needs 8000 dollars.
We with the parents could find some sum, I with themselves had 2000 dollars, my parents
could find 3000 dollars, 1700 dollars me were sent by my girlfriend Jenny, I spoke you about her in the early letters.
Now 1300 dollars are necessary for me. I tried to talk to the doctors, that they have made operation.
And missing 1300 dollars we would give back when I shall come in America, as at me in bank money on the bill lays.
But me have said that they will begin to do operation only then, when we shall pay all sum.
It is very inconvenient to me to ask you about something, but in the given situation I do not have other exit.
I ask you to help me, if you have given me the missing sum that I necessarily would return
to you all money when I shall arrive in America.
Understand that this money is very necessary for me, differently my grandmother will die.
I till now am in a shock from the given situation, I pay each day.
I did not think that the state can so consider the man, which has given back all life to the native land.
Please do not stay indifferent to mine I burn, I very much hope for your help.

That's just plain terrible. She must be REALLY ill seeing as she's asked BOTH my baiting characters for the same amount of money. Maybe both her grandmothers are ill. What do you think?
