As a former "Left Coaster" I miss the Ocean, so I vote anything near the ocean. Yosemite is probably cold or at least experiencing seasonable temperature variations due to instability of weather systems.  Deep sea fishing is dicy this time of year (weather wise) for similar reasons.
Sounds like you've got some great options. Do as many as you can tolerate!
PS Morro Bay is nice if you want to avoid the crowds... |

I was in Napa Valley last week for work reasons and it is beautiful right now. The wildflowers are blooming, the hills are green and the weather's great. If you get really fed up, there's all that wine at your fingertips along with some fine restaurants. |
