I've been a baiter for a couple of years now, on and off and of late I've noticed that the scammer scum seem to be keeping longer hours. I live in a simular time zone to them and they would always stop about 8pm GMT but now I'm getting scams up to 12pm/1am and all over the weekend. Maybe the scammers need a union  Also I've noticed a lot more with yahoo.fr of .ca so scammers must be taking over French/Belgium West Africa. |

Anybody can open one of those regardless of where they are actually located. I'm currently baiting several scammers with yahoo.in addies - they're still all in West Africa.
As for the timings - hey, maybe we are making inroads or people are getting more aware so the scammers need to spend longer hours at the cafes sending out more emails than ever?  |

That's one of the mistakes that so many people make.
Yahoo generally has the same format for all national accounts; so as long as you know the position of the 'buttons' you don't have to have any knowledge of the language.
I have English, Russian, Polish, French and Chinese Yahoo accounts, and I don't speak 3 of those languages! |

Many of the free email accounts have link to an English version of the site. I know of and have used at least 2 in UAR, 3, in .ru, 1 in Hong Kong. Many of them even include links to for translationors to/from English and the local language?sometimes more. Not sure how good the translations are; as I speak none of those but english (alright US version), but I suppose they are at least as good or better as some of the mangled English that the mu gu's speak.
Just 'google' free email service, and should be able within couple minutes to find many options 
Also wondering if thats where some of the luvble vlads 'learnt' their English. |
