This is just a plain spam. they are promoting their websites, this one and many more. There is already a topic about it somewhere here, and on other forums, too.

I get the same spam, with different URLs, on my official administration emails (not baiting ones!), and btw I am a woman, too Wink

They don't care what gender you are, it is a spam.
