Oh wow. That's raising the bar.
I finally got a lad who filled out more than one 1tv5 question.  He got to 400 (and wasted something like 4 hours!) before he finally got bored and emailed me. He also gave me my first form, incidentally. 
I like him. He's very fun, and been game so far, in between bouts of complaining at me. I'm a little fuzzy on exactly why his IP changed 3 times during his 19 different sessions though. |

I have a soft spot for my lad who transcribed 12 pages of PDF forms into MSWord and then filled it out that way, which looked just terrible. |
