Unfortunately Windows Vista won't let you downgrade to Windows XP (for real, even) so they'll just have to find some other way to open the file  |

Ah but what file are we talking about? Even if it is a jpg an hex editor can render it almost but not quite readable. |

Tell him he must never, ever use Vista because one of its features is that it turns the computer screen into a camera so that users can be secretly monitored by the security forces. You have this on good authority from a friend who is a director at Microsoft.
That should start some interesting scare stories around the internet cafes of Ladland... |

Try as I might, I just can't seem to make a file in Vista that will open in XP.
I guess I'll have to send them a laptop with Vista loaded on it so they can open the file. It'll be expensive, but what's money to someone like me. |
