XoIP is a Dutch based company providing a free phone number to receive free faxen/send free faxes/receive free voicemails. Cost per month: 0,00. Cost per fax/voicemail: 0,00. This a completely free service, the "sender/caller" pays for all expenses, so excellent for lads calling you.

Website is in Dutch, but registering can be done in English. You are allowed to make more than one box (i.e. 1 for phone voice mails and 1 for fax, they even encourage you to do so).

No phone number or filling in personal details is required to set it up. Just an email address and a name and you are good to go. I used my fake name and fake email. They ask for personal details when you register, but just don't fill them in or use fake data. No problem.

What you get is a +31 (0)84 number if you apply for basic service and +31 (0)87 if you apply for Plus-service. Both are free. You can receive faxes and voicemails. Faxes will be sent in some image-format to you and voicemails in .wav. You can only send faxes using the Plus-service, but that's also free.

You mugu will pay a LOT to call this number (he's paying your service) with 20 eurocents per minute calling from the Netherlands + costs for using an international line for Basic service and 35 eurocents per minute calling from the Netherlands + costs for using an international line for Plus service. So get the plus service and start exploiting your lad.

I recommend:

Getting 1 number for fax only and 1 for voicemail/fax combined. These are the only two options you have. Give him your fax only number first as your telephone number. If he tries to call it, the only thing he hears is that BIEEEEEEEEEEP rattling noise in his ear and really loud too. Slap him for being stupid if he complains. Let him try again. If he gets annoyed, then apologise for giving him your fax number. Give him your voicemail number then. Let him leave a bunch of expensive messages trying to call you. Guaranteed fun. My lad complained about paying 40 dollars to call me...

Just a voice asking if he wants to leave a message (you can choose English or Dutch, or you can speak in your own message).

It'll cost your lad approx 2 dollars a minute to call the number.

I use k7 but they never leave a message. I got a couple of calls, so I know it is working, but they never say something. At least I know they are paying for their silence the same way they are paying for their loudness.
