The lad was too lazy to fill out WU security forms..
So of course he gets this..

Good news John..

I don't have a Moneygram office near me so I phoned Western Union again and pleaded with them..
They informed me about a bypass form and emailed it to me.I am attaching it. Fill it out and send it back to me then I will go down to their office and send the funds..

Great forms guys..I wonder how he'll enjoy WU secure..

This is the longest I've had a lotto lad on the go.. He must be new.
