Just asem'd a heap of surplus lads and got a standard loan one in the replies - I've never played them before, but I asked a couple of Q's

In the cached version of the first hit, you'll see the application form your lad probably intended to send. At the bottom you will also see the notice it is a scam, but that you already noticed.

I don't think your lad expects you to make a written inquiry. Neither do I think he expects the slap he deserves for messing up his format.
