ive omitted the addy as i would like to bait her.just after advice if this is a normal posting on a forum that would qualify as a scammer at work.

the english isnt too clever which is prob a giveaway and im on the thinking its a vlad(what is the female version?? do we have one??)

Hard to tell for sure Remmy. Where did you pick up this person? The gmail makes it hard to Geolocate. The use of English means very little and its impossible to tell if this is a poorly written script. Ping the address from another box and see what they say.

i was on my usual trawl around some forums,checking on the phone lads and it had just been posted.not seen owt like it before so i thought i would stick it on here,as you guys here are accustomed to love scams.

i read some stickys and did google the user name that she/he posted under and wow how many posts for lurve. i think its a scam so will start the bait off 2moz.

hopefully will get some pics and stick em up for you all.

she is rather slow in replying to me but she getting very interested in me.playing her along like the great FP did and im quite enjoying this as its not a constant bait like some others ive just had going.

the type of pics look like those of a scammer (and not because they say "scammer pic" on them, lol)...

I mean, how often do real people pose for pics like that? i have used dating sites in the past, and the pics you get are usually the girl with some of her mates on a night out ("i'm the third one on the left" type pics) but these are all just her posing.

so i would say she is a scammer...

just my two pennies worth.

I've seen them pics before. Don't ask me to name the scammer though, you know how many Vlads I deal with.... but I've definately seen them before.

Yeah, looks familiar.

Check the email headers also.

Since most vlads use the bat!, it bypasses the ip masking function of gmail. You can still figure out roughly where the letters are coming from, which usually isn't where she claims to be.
