This guy knew my daughter's bill at the university. He almost had her credit card number but I got in between them on time. He claimed to be "federal law enforcement" and she would be arrested. Scared the hell out of her.

Here's the info I got when I called his number, don't know how true it is but the number is valid and he is a crook.

oops, this isn't exactly a phone lad doing mobile business. he's not selling anything, a different scam. maybe this should be in a different forum category.
