Sorry, I'm new here... you folks have much more experience than I do assessing these things. This person is probably completely sincere, and so I apologize.

However, reading these forums suggests to me that 419eater exists because sometimes a victim is anything but a victim.

419eater is a baiting site. You will find that baiters are giving advice. In this situation all baiters advised the victim to our sister site www.scamwarners.com for advice.

You may also go to the site and register. Read, learn and become familiar with victims. You can also help.

Post your initial scam scripts. It is not a baiting site so you will only post the script the scammer sent you.

I think everything pertaining to the OP has been thoroughly discussed. I'm going to lock this thread but I repeat the advice that was given earlier-ScamWarners is the best place for victims or potential victims to visit.
