Shame, this only constitutes cutting the toenails of the power behind this. No proper heads will role because of this, most likely. Would it be too political of me to suggest that attempts to stop the drug trade at the border are futile, mere illusions? One must limit the desire for drugs, in order to make any difference. Just an opinion.
