Due to the inconsistencies SA/SP/UK USD for a UK company I would say bait away.

Do not use any email addy that could be linked in any way back to you! This includes your ip if it is static or can show your locality.

It is quite possible LEO will come across this and start to track emails.

For a nanosecond I did wonder if this was an LEO trap, but the huge quantities and values stink of greedy lad - surely LEO would offer realistic amounts at cheap prices.

Considering that a pinhead of LSD can make monsters crawl out from under your fingernails, the minimum order of 3kg seems a bit excessive!

Who would've thought that they make all this stuff legally in Yorkshire and send it out through the post? - it makes the international drug smuggling trade look a bit unnecessary.

I agree with the above that answering these emails could put you on all manner of watch lists, it could even get your front door smashed in. I guess the lad has figured that none of his victims are going to be running down to their local police station to report him, anytime soon.
