It was so cold this morning, and the bed was so warm. I could barely force myself to get up and leave for the day. I know they say absence makes the heart grow fonder, but even the shortest of absences from you, seem like an eternity!

I put another log on the fire before I left, and straightened up a bit. Your favorite robe is hanging on the door, and I lit some candles in the bathroom, in case you wanted a relaxing bath this morning.

The driver will be by at 11:00 to take you to lunch, then to the day spa. I thought you might enjoy that, and I doubt you'll be getting out much this weekend. Wink

By the way, sweetheart, do you remember if we left the window open last night? I woke up this morning, felt a draft, and it noticed it was up. I suppose it's possible someone snuck in again...

Well, you are definitely a sight for sore eyes! I don't know about you, but I say we just skip dinner and go straight for dessert. Wink

I picked up a case of wine on the way back from works, have three bottles chilling in the other room (just in case), and a case of Evian. We don't want to get dehydrated!

I've set the playlist on repeat, not that we'll be payin much attention anyway, but I didn't want the neighbors, 1/2 mile down the hill, to hear loud... noises, and call the police again (that took some explaining). Shocked
