Howdy All,

I just wanted to write and wish everyone here at Eater a safe and wonderful holiday season. Regardless of your faith, piety, level of belief (or lack thereof) this is the time of year for everyone to take some time off of work, sit back, have a drink, and relax with your friends/family/loved ones/SO. And, um, it's also not a bad idea to fire up the ol' National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation DVD.

And, on a more personal note, I would like to thank everyone here for being such a warm, supportive, and welcoming community. Eight or so months ago, when I first got involved with Eater, I wasn't sure what to expect since my sense of humor is a bit on the acerbic side and, to be honest, I don't play all that well with others. I've never before joined a forum (I believe in keeping a very small internet footprint) so I was quite surprised at the sense of camaraderie throughout the site. Even though I don't discuss my baiting activities with too many folks outside of this board, I am proud to be one of you.

Thanks again, enjoy your well-deserved time off, and I look forward to working with y'all throughout 2015!

TLH, Many thanks for your wishes, I proffer the same to you and yours, and also to the rest of the forum. Being a carer I won;t get much time off, but what time I do get will be spent on here.

To whomever has taken over his account, and all Eater members, no matter how or what you practice, or do not, I wish you the best as 2014 comes to a close. May you know peace in 2015 and the lads know none.

TLH, I am so glad you joined that forum. Your advice to new members is one of the best threads here on Eater. You're a great baiter and I absolutely love your wit.

To everyone- I am so happy to be part of this forum. I start my day reading baits and end my day here reading baits. Okay, sometimes I don't leave all day. (except between 10-10:30pm when back ups are done -that's usually my cue to go to bed). This is the best forum on the internet. A group of individuals who care enough about people that don't know, to help ensure they don't get scammed. When a victim does find the site, there is nothing but care and compassion to help them through the difficult time.

The Admins/moderators do a lot of work behind the scenes to keep this board the way it should be. A comfortable, fun and meaningful place to hang out and cause some serious lad pain!

Thank you all for making 2014 such a great year for me. Last January I was bored and grieving the loss of another community I had left behind, and you all were a wonderful, welcomed surprise: I had no idea I would love baiting so much, nor did I know there was such a fantastic international group of intelligent, humorous, and downright twisted folks out there!
