I usually get up at 7 in the morning and commute using metro. I do not cook, or I can't, so usually eat breakfast at coffee shop in the town before start work. I think it’s especially important for partners to be able to trust each other, without that, it just seems like everything falls apart. I also think it’s important to be able to express your needs and wants to each other. And make decisions together about how to meet them.

I believe it’s important to be kind to each other, to not be callous with each others hearts. To have compassion and empathy for each other and be willing to really listen to what your partner has to say. I want to support my partner in achieving her dreams, and feel supported by them in accomplishing mine. I want to work together with my partner to make decisions as a family, and share our power,well....

I really understand your situation, since I was in the same situation last month. I really care about your situation and I can give you very good advise.

What happened with me was my electrical tester machine from Japanese maker had trouble, and needed repair. Damage was so serious so that my technicians could not deal with it. So I called the local rep of the maker, and called their field service engineer to come to my lab to fix it. They needed large unit replacement, and taken 3 work days to get from Japan. Then because their local tech could not work efficiently and he decided to call expert from Japan. The parts cost more than 500,000 USD. Calling an expert also cost a lot, with resource fees and the per diem. How did I deal with the cost? Easy. It is not something to do with individual's wallet. I got approval from my boss, then sent bills to finance department, got chopped, and all were paid successfully without anything to do with my wallet.

Think realistic, friend!! For your own living cost, since you are in Florida, you can use your California debit cards to buy foods and goods there without any problems.

1. Bring your issue to your company or your business partners investing to your project, not an individual. Don't even try to use your own wallet.
2. Check with your crane vendor. Certain issues may be their responsibility. They might pay partially or by some cases whole.
3. Let your finance dept. work for you to pay, not an individual wallet including yours or mine.

I am sure you can resolve your problem at once!!

In fact my cousin in KL also runs a small construction company and I know what he did at similar situation. He visited his stock holders to collect all funds he need for recovery of his construction tools.

I am sure most of your friends except for Bryan did not responded positively because that is not what individuals to do. Let corporate funds being helped by people with responsibility in your project, not individual friends. Otherwise I am sure you will lose your friends. That's what my cousin told me when he really needed help for funds. He did asked friends for help when he started his business, and borrow money from them, and got into trouble and lost his very good friends. He had lessons learned from that time.

So at the recent incident, he corrected all needed funds from his stock holders and never bothered his good friends and caring relatives. Doing this way, he build very good relationship with his business partners and stock holders and recently expanded his business to Singapore and started his office located there at Woodlands. Also he did not lose his private friends due to his business issue, and as one positive result, he got married to a sister of one of his influential friend and co-owns another small business his friend runs in JB. As mentioned in my auto reply message, I had urgent issue and currently in Japan for business trip.

I was on my way to Yamagata using bullet train with my parts vendor's account manager. Then the train stopped at Fukushima station. The account manager tried to take another route, to the next station by Taxi. We are now stuck at Yonezawa city, and decided to stay overnight here. Hotel here has internet connection, but I left my PC power cable at hotel in Tokyo. From here, we can't proceed or move back to Tokyo due to heavy snow. I need to save PC battery for tomorrow's work.
