I have to say that this guy is f'n clueless. He caught Elise on facebook chat and made up excuses (my aunt died) as to why he didn't send the paperwork. Then, of course there was the inevitable:

Meanwhile, Joseph received a mail from Anni's lawyer reminding him of the court date on the 2nd. He sent this on the 2nd.

I take it for granted that you didn't understand my last mail. As I said then, the hearing regarding Mrs. Schmidt's will was on Friday, May 2nd. You were informed of the court date on March 18th, so you had ample time to make arrangements for your arrival, or to appoint someone as your representative. As you did nothing, the court could only arrive at the conculusion that you were not interested in the will nor its contents. The court entered a summary judgment in favor of Mrs. Schmidt's nephew, Manfred. As soon as the paperwork is filed, he will be awarded the full contents of the will with a total accrued amount of 10952780,00€. There were gifts to various people also included in Mrs. Schmidt's will and they were also settled in the court hearing. Those people will be notified by both the court and my office.

As the will has been officially closed, I see no reason to send anything in your behalf to the embassy. Perhaps if you had addressed this issue sooner, something could have been done.

i want to tell you something you see did you remember about the letter that the lawyer gave to Manfred?if you remember then tell me what is in the letter? you see when you ask Manfred about what is in it he did not tell you because of the instructions Anni has told the lawyer to do and the same as me he said i and Manfred are rivals one of us to marry you and take all the money but anyone that tell you first will loose everything so you see this is something i don't understand if Anni has done a will and mentioned what goes to anywhere she want, now why even the lawyer did not send a letter to the embassy that this is the reason why i am need to come to Germany well now all is over because i am here i can not challenge you or the lawyer so now he has done what he wanted it ends.

He's still hanging in there...unbelievably so after all the grief that Celine has been giving him.

They had a knock down drag out on fb a little over a week ago over the $11m that he blew from Anni's will.

He blamed her, Simone, Manfred and the lawyer for keeping the money from him (this after him calling himself an intelligent man). She insisted that he apologize to all before she would talk to him again, which he did via email.

He has been posting very religious sayings on his fb page the last week, probably in retaliation knowing that Celine has told him that she's an atheist. Celine has been posting, in turn, an anti-religious quote for every religious quote of his on her fb (editing the list so that only he sees it). I can tell that this is majorly pissing him off as he is now posting in ALL CAPS. Laughing

As I seem to remember, a member of the group has a nice place in Africa where I can send him on a small safari...methinks it's about time.
