Good morning Cathy! How are you today? I'm not sure why you ar ging to the agent office. If they have called or written you it should be clear the money isn't there yet.

No receipt will be given by my bank and one is never needed. These are completely paperless and done by mail. Since the agent checks his account for transfers every day there is no excuse for him to tell you anything of the sort.
