3.Hospital Test - The reason why she will have to go through a hospital test is for her not to bring some sort of illness or sickness as well as disease to your country or you in particular,the cost is $80.
4.Police Criminal Background Record - This is going to cost $120.
5.Visa(B2 Visa) - This is the most important thing she needs to get into your country and the B2 Visa is the cheapest and better Visa to get into you country It takes up to 2 years before it will expire and the cost is $1200 also in less than 3 weeks.
6.Plane Ticket - Can you tell us about the airport she will be flying to or airport code to find how much the plane ticket is going to cost.

Good morning Mr. Baba. Thank you for getting back to me with details to get my love home. I don't live in Canada, I'm in Oklahoma with will rogers being the closest to me. I'm confuse why you were told, or just got your details mixed up with someone else.

Most of that looks to be reasonably priced but I just don't believe that a visa cost that much. There is no way it can be 10 times more expensive in your country than any other on the planet. That is not even close to being correct.

I've never heard of pta.

Hello again Mr. Baba. I am rather confuse about your high visas and personal reasons for wanting pta. You have absolutely no authority to make new customers pay a penalty for what may or may not have happened to former clients in the past. You have no right to ask for it and I will not be paying it.

You and I both know that baggage fee is minimal and should be added to the cost of your package so you still get to hand them money for it.

The pta makes no sense at all and just screams scam (but would never tell them that). Why would they charge you pta when you are funding "her" trip? Luggage is included in airline costs. They just make this crap up as they go along!

ETA: I just did a search on PTA (or other times it's called BTA) and every answer says it's a scam. That's good! I read a few questions that asked "I would like to support a friend from Ghana to come to USA, but travel agent in Ghana says I need $5,000 for PTA - What is PTA?". The answer - "It's a scam, stop communicating with this person..." etc. That was from 3 or 4 years ago. Most of the answers or search results did allude that it was a scam. Razz
