I told them on the phone that I would be mailing them the correct information and asked them to send the money. I refuse to bother my bankers when your account owner screwed up and, I'm pretty sure, gave me bogus information to start with

You get this way every single time I say the money has been sent and you find it necessary to ask me those stupid questions over and over.

If you want to be here then stop it and act like you have some patience about you. Last time this went on for 3 weeks before you told me I had the wrong info. I told you I have given the bank that information.
