After a year and a half of applying for jobs,(and not even getting an acknowledgment !)

I got a phone call today, to go for an Interview tomorrow.

I have not had to Interview for over 20 years so I am a wee bit Nervous.... Laughing

Don't know how your interview will go but the ones my company does anymore usually last about a half a day and they meet several managers instead of just one.

Well that seemed to go OK, but apparently it is only the 1st Interview, so if I am lucky I will get called in for another Interview !

That's the problem these days - you're lucky if you get away with just 2 interviews.

My last interview set was an initial technical Skype interview with the consultancy I would be working for, a telephone interview with their HR department and then a face to face with a presentation to the managers from the client whose site I would be working for - all for a contract that could have just been 3 months.

A second interview? That are baiting tactics, next thing you know they ask you to build a pyramid, make a carving and cough up all your bank accounts.
