Anyone who googles "stinson hunter" will find the site of this baiting team as described above.
My take on it is that it is done reasonably professionally (no violence or lynch mob mentality) and supports a good cause, though there is obviously a tremendous amount of ego and self-promotion involved for the team.
I'd be interested to hear the thoughts of others. |

Not a good idea. You need a lot of evidence before you go outing someone for crimes like that. That's what due process is for. We bait scammers because the law won't touch them, but crimes against children are prosecuted hard anywhere and interfering with that investigation for no good end is not going to end well. Either the guy will walk because the investigation got blown or he will be wrongfully tarred as a pederast. Neither is a good result, no matter how many "likes" the guy gets on Facebook. |

^^^ Agreed. This comes across as a huge ego-trip by somebody who is nothing more than an interfering attention seeker, and is clearly running against the course of Justice, not with it. |
