Good morning Maria! How are you doing today? No I wasn't mad about you telling me the money didn't show up there because you never told me that. And you called me a liar. I know you don't need any slip and neither does the company.

My bank, and many others in the US, do not issue any slips nor will they verify the receivers account for them. They have to check it themselves at their bank.

Their bank may issue them a receipt but that is their choice. If not they will at least give them the information of where it came from.

The business that I work for, and even when I order anything for myself, are always paid by bank transfer and not one of them need or ask for any slip. They already know the procedure to accept the money and get the information directly from their bank when the money arrives.

They will find every bit of information about the sender, the bank, the city and state where the payment originated from when they check their bank for the money. There is nothing difficult about the new system s being put in place to prevent fraud and such.

African banks are far from being the authority on banking regulations. That is a third world system so they have no idea of what security measures are being put in place nor would they understand why. The first few emails this one tells about her parents being in a fatal car accident , being "into sales" and travel to Africa. In the next email it says that the father died 18years ago, mom had heart attack & died a few years ago? , then there is mention of inheritance from father ?? $30.000.00 pay check?? What kind of real business person thinks they are going to cash such a check in a third world country?? Perhaps her bank in the US (the bank she has her accounts at , the place she has cashed other checks)
would assist her ? Surely it must have credit cards ?? You can tell it is getting fraudstrated !!
