I hate you both. 
Chance of chicks, skunks, or any other animal: Zero. Except my dog, who had taken to barking at drifts of pollen, and alerts me that there's a strange car in our driveway that looks orange (bark bark bark bark) -- it's my formerly red car. Ugh. Chance of fun: Zero. Chance of headache is 100% with sinus drainage estimated at two gallons.

I'm glad everybody is having a good spring. In the past four days:
- Brakes went out on wife's car; just under $600 to replace
- Lawnmower died; $400 for a new one
- Belt and heating element in dryer failed; $132
- Younger cat ran off and stayed gone for a day and a half; brought back no money
(66 F. today and sunny; might rain tomorrow) |
