I don't know what is going on at that end but it seems odd that the money is not getting there. Nobody is afraid to pick up their phone and check with their bank when they are expecting money.

You are already talking like it is going to fail again and asking me what we will do when that happens. Maybe it's just the way I read it but it seemed to be a prediction.
