I been chatting to the general a few days, and he is OH SO IN LOVE WITH me! I'm the best thing ever to happen in his life Razz

Yesterday on chat he asked me to call his son who is on some trip in the UK. Also said his "mission" in Iraq is getting so hectic now its taking up most of his time, and he would love me to check up on his child while he cannot. LOL whatever.

Anyways the son has just sent me an email....

I have no intention of calling him.. EVER so when his dad asked me this morning if I called his son I sad I tried about 10 times but I was having serious network issues Very Happy

LOL that could have been fun! Unfortunately I didn't even save the number. Come to think of it, I should have. It didn't look like a real number way to many 0000 in it. It was on yahoo chat and I don't have the archives enabled unless there is another way to access it again.

I'm very sure he confused me with someone else. This General has not asked for any money yet. Only thing he DID ask from me was to "check up" on his son.

I got this email this morning:

Good chance for piggy. When the box pretended to leave airport, the diplomat delivery staff send you message saying he is stuck at airport because need to pay tax or fee for bring out golden diapers. They will ask to send money via Western Union or Money Gram. Then you give excuses not using these but prefer use of bank. At least one bank account can be obtained per bait!!

In case of US address, I use this site, because I can define the state. I do not want to pretend to be in somewhere I have never been to.

For Asian address,
1) I make something funny in Eastern language and write in alphabet so that the lad may not Google translate the meaning. Usually something like "w** and p**" or something in Eastern pronunciation.
2) Search the names of towns in the area (zip code list) and find non-existing street or house number. For example, North XXX, South XXX, West XXX exists but East XXX non exists in that area, then use East XXX. My male character Vic's address is existing street in Hong Kong but non existing number.

Regarding to the excuses for not using WU MG, you can find lots of examples in this forum.

In a quick chat on yahoo on friday he said he will confirm with his "friend" who also received a package earlier this month if the payment for the beneficiary certificate is in fact legit.....lol

Email from him this morning :

Honey my friend just replied my email that his wife paid for the beneficiary certificate,that they are very reliable and as soon as we pay they we deliver immediately,so please honey you can go ahead and pay for the beneficiary certificate and ask them when they we deliver to you?please i am sorry for the inconveniences don,t worry as soon as they deliver to you trust me you will get you money back ok.I love you so much i will always be here for you,here are my valentine flowers this is coming from my heart.

Still not sure how I am going to handle this, probably let him believe I will do the WU transfer, and by tuesday let him know someone warned me about WU and then ask for bank acct details....

My reply to him :

Thank you for finding out from your friend. I was a bit concerned as it is a lot of money. I will see how I can organise the money tomorrow. How long did your friend and his wife wait for the package after the payment? I just want to make sure of everything before something goes wrong. I would hate for you to lose your money and gold!

1,200 Euro is an awful lot to send by WU/MG, especially since it's not insured. I think you need a pig...err.. bank account to transfer that much money. (It will also buy you time) You can tell him that you read up on WU and it's NOT secure and your bank advised not to send that amount of money through unsecured channels. If something goes wrong, then you have no way of getting that money back and you're just not comfortable doing it. If he wants you to pay it, then he has to provide a bank account. Wink

I am going to the bank today to organise the funds.

I have spoken to a friend of mine though. She says that Western Union is only used by fraudsters. I think to be safe we should rather do a bank to bank transaction. I am not going to take the risk of losing money by using Wester Union.

Let me organise the funds this afternoon, then I will need a bank account to pay this into. Since the money must be paid to the United Nations we will have to get a bank account from them. I am sure they will agree and not take any risk with their money.
